The Results of the Prague Pre-series measutements are arranged on the Web as follows:

           consists of:
              
           PRA  .... Prague measurement
           bbbb .... Batch Id.  (xxxx for Cis,    ATxx for Tesla)
           ww   .... Wafer Nr.
           ppp  .... QC procedure Id.
           ddd  .... Device under test Id.
           
           .IV  resp  .CV .... I-V  resp  C-V  type of measurement

 
Each batch has its  PRA_bbbb.htm  file  created as the sequence of the Excel twin pages.

The first page of the twin (named by the wafer number and QC procedure Id) showes corresponding results in graphics
(the names of the idividual graphs are also the names of the corresponding raw data files).
The following page of the twin showes corresponding results in numerics (including processed relevant quantities and
acceptance criteria passing for the wafer-device).

The page named SUMMARY showes acceptance criteria passing results for the individual wafers of the batch.

     "Pass"   "No"    "Y/N"  means: device acceptance criterion: Pass, No pass, Result on the criterion border. 

Full Raw Data File is possible to get by the procedure as follows: after showeig of the corresponding twin on the Web
to replace the last item of the Web-path by the Data File Name and repeat Go To command.
