Conference fee

  • The registration fee is 150 Euro. Thanks to sponsors, organisers can offer a reduced fee of 120 Euro for students to encourage them to participate in the Workshop.
  • The fee will cover organisational expenses, equipment hire, 3 lunches, refreshments, a welcome drink, a Workshop dinner, etc.
  • The deadline for early registration and fee payment is October 10th, 2002. After this date the conference fee is 185 Euro for everybody.
  • Accompanying persons who will attend the Workshop dinner will be charged 35 Euro. This amount can be sent together with the registration fee (preferably) or paid in cash upon arrival.
  • It is possible to cancel your registration; the fee will be reimbursed to you with a small administration charge deducted.

    Accommodation

  • The accommodation of participants will be organised by the ECU agency, which offers hotel rooms directly in the Olsanka conference centre or in hotels in its vicinity. Rooms in hotels located in the city centre with a good transport connection to Olsanka are available, too.
  • A special offer of cheap accommodation for students is available.
  • Participants are encouraged to make their reservation as soon as possible. After October 10th, 2002 the accommodation will be not guaranteed.

    Entry visa

    Some participants may need visa for travelling to the Czech Republic. The Workshop organisers will provide a letter of invitation upon request. Invitees are encouraged to contact the Workshop Secretariat and the local Czech consulate as soon as possible.
