Conference premises:
The lecture rooms are shown on the block plan below (not to scale)
and are situated on the 1st floor.
Coffee and tea will be served during session breaks in the corridor in front of the
Conference hall. The lunch will be self-service in the restaurant at the hotel ground
floor. The cost of coffee/tea and lunch is included in the workshop fee.
Workshop desk:
Workshop and registration desk will be available in conference premises during working
hours of the workshop. Beside of that also on:

Welcome drink:
Welcome drink will be served in the conference premises on Friday Nov 15 from 19.00 to 21.00.
Workshop dinner:
Workshop dinner - rout will take place on Saturday November 16 in the Bethelem Hall
at 20.30 hours. The dinner will be preceded by the concert of classical
music (about 30') in the Betlehem Chapel. Transport from the Olsanka to the city centre will be provided by buses to the vicinity of Bethelem Square, then it's about 200-300 meters to walk.

Map of Metro and other Public Transport
Metro currently operates only partly due to recent floods and
it is in a reconstruction.
It is not clear what stage it will be in at the time of the Workshop.
We will provide upgraded informations.

Transport from Airport or Railway terminal to hotels:
Transport to the Olsanka hotel
- Participants accommodated by the agency ECU can have transport from
Prague terminals to the hotel on request. Participants
interested in such service will indicate this request
in the window at the end of the
Registration Form. In that case, please,
indicate beside date, the flight number and arrival time
(or train number, arrival time and arrival railway station).
(Approx. prices: from Airport to Olsanka 20 €;
from Main railway station to Olsanka about 10 € )
- If you organise your accommodation by yourself, it is recommended
to use transport service of your selected hotel.
- Comfortable transport provides
CEDAZ agency
which offers
services
for prices lower than those of regular taxis.
- Public transport to the Olsanka hotel:
- From "Letiste Ruzyne" (the Prague airport terminal):
- use the bus No119 "from end to end"
(about 20') to the stop "Dejvicka"
;
- change to the tram No26 (the tram stop
is in the same street)
in the direction "Nadrazi Hostivar"
and exit at the stop "Olsanske namesti" (about 30').
- From " Hlavni nadrazi" (the Main Railway Station):
- the tram stop is approx. 200m'walk (through the park)
on the right-hand from the main exit of the railway terminal;
- use the tram No5 (in the direction "Olsanske
Hrbitovy"), tram No9 (in the direction "Spojovaci") or
tram No26 (in the direction "Nadrazi Hostivar") and exit
at the 3rd stop "Olsanske namesti" (less then 10').
- Taxi: the price is about 22 CZK (Czech Crowns)
for 1 km plus an initial
charge 30 CZK, but the prices are not fixed and can differ
considerably. Ask for approximate price in advance there is
a danger of being over-charged. According to our information
you may pay for a drive from the airport to the Workshop centre
a maximum of 600 CZK. (The Airport of Prague is about 15 km
from the city centre.) You may order for example a taxi
service AAA Radiotaxi individually on the phone number 14014
or DIMO Radiotaxi - phone number 220 513 355.
Public transport - tickets:
- Single tickets:
- change tariff for Metro, tram, buses valid for 60' costs 12
Czech Crowns (CZK);
- available at kiosks or automates at majority of the Metro stations,
railway stations and the airport;
- Tourist tickets for the integrated city transport

24 hours - 70 CZK
3 days - 200 CZK
7 days - 250 CZK
Accommodation:
The accommodation will be organised by the ECU agency,
which offers hotel rooms directly in the
Olsanka
conference centre or in hotels in its vicinity. Further information
